Bartender Only
- Professional bartender to serve your drinks
- You provide the alcohol, mixers, ice, cups and bar
Dry-Hire Setup
- You buy the alcohol from our shopping list
- We bring the mixers, ice, cups, garnishes and the bar
- Setup and breakdown
Example: 50 guests, 3 hrs = $255 + $350 = $605
Beer & Wine
- We supply 2 beers and 2 wines
- Ice, cups and the bar included
- +$5/guest for each extra hour
Example: 50 guests, 4 hrs = $340 + $1,250 = $1,590
Open Bar All in
- We supply the liquor, beer and wine
- All mixers, supplies and ice
- Up to 2 signature cocktails included
Example: 50 guests, 5 hrs = $425 + $2,250 = $2,675

Mobile Trucker Hat Bar
Guests pick a hat and patches, and we press it on the spot. Custom patches with your logo, names or date are always included.

- Trucker hat + 1 patch, pressed on site

Upgraded Hat
- Trucker hat + up to 3 patches

Book the bar and the hat bar together and save 10% on every service in your package.
The Office Party Save 10%
- Bar service at the tier you choose
- Live hat bar with your company logo patch
- Holiday parties, team outings, client nights, grand openings
Example: 30 guests, 3 hrs, Dry-Hire: $1,365 → $1,229
The Celebration Save 10%
- Bar service at the tier you choose
- Hat bar as your guest favor, with your names or date on the patch
- Weddings, graduations, milestone birthdays, reunions
Example: 100 guests, 4 hrs, Dry-Hire: $4,380 → $3,942
Starting prices use Dry-Hire Setup and Classic hats. Upgrade to Beer & Wine, Open Bar or Upgraded hats and the 10% still applies.
Custom Merch
Apparel, stickers, prints and patches, made in-house in Rochester.
All apparel prices are for sizes XS–XL. Sizes 2XL+ add $4–$16 each; select premium colors cost more.
